About Me
I write about parenting, resilience, career, grief, caregiving, and the everyday moments that shape us.
I write from the perspective of a mother of two sons in very different seasons of life, a daughter who has walked her parents through their end of life, a partner in a 20+ year marriage, and a leader who’s built a resilient career through change.
My goal is to make sense of real life, hold onto what matters, and offer honest reflection for anyone walking through something similar.

Why I Write
Many of the stories here began long before this blog existed. They started as journal entries written late at night, or voice notes recorded during long drives. Moments when reflection seemed to come naturally somewhere between where I was and where I was going. Some of the words were written in the middle of the experience. When I didn’t yet know how the story would unfold. In Love You More, those fragments come together—not just to remember where we've been, but to offer a hand to anyone walking a similar path. Through these reflections, I hope to honor the small, beautiful details that make our lives so deeply worth living.

Inspiration Behind Love You More
"Love you more" was something my mom used to say to me. It was our way of ending phone calls, conversations, and everyday moments—always trying to outdo the other in love. Somewhere along the way, it became more than just a phrase. It became a reminder of the kind of love that stays with you. This love shapes you. It quietly carries forward into the relationships you build in your own life. I’ve carried those words with me into my friendships. I’ve applied them to my parenting. They guide the way I show up in the world.
This blog is, in many ways, an extension of that sentiment. It’s a place to honor the people who shaped us. To keep their love moving forward. It also serves as an important reminder to carry that love within yourself along the way.
